Cancellation and refunds

Premium subscriptions

Premium is $195.95 USD per user per month and renews monthly. Stripe Checkout displays the payment total before confirmation. Inference providers bill separately; their fees are not included in your subscription.

Cancel future renewal

Sign in, open Subscription and use the billing portal to manage your subscription and cancel future renewal. Check the confirmation and effective date in Stripe. Paid access follows your verified subscription status and paid-through date. Cancellation does not delete workspace records.

Refunds

Customers must request a refund of their first subscription payment within 24 hours after subscribing. No refunds are available after the first month. Cancel at any time.
