Account and workspace records

SignalYak stores account identifiers, email addresses, workspace membership, access permissions, usage allowances and billing references. Google and Cloudflare Access handle hosted sign-in; Stripe handles payment details. SignalYak does not receive your full card number.

Model discovery and comparisons

Live discovery sends your public search terms and filters to Hugging Face. The browser may download a public text encoder. Semantic search uses a temporary search vector. Comparisons send your submitted documents and instructions to the inference providers you choose, using the key you supply. Those providers apply their own data policies.

Comparison documents, provider keys and raw answers are processed for the request rather than stored as comparison records. Stored evidence includes hashes, scores, measurements and configuration. Review raw answers before leaving the page. Your fixture files and recurring-run credentials remain under your control.

Information you choose to retain or publish

Saved names, notes, human findings, recipes, audit events and billing records are retained. Do not enter secrets or private customer content in these fields. A published marketplace snapshot is public. Removing a listing cannot recall copies other people have already saved.

Retention and requests

There is no automatic account-wide deletion timer. Cancellation stops future subscription renewal; it does not delete workspace records. Contact support@signalyak.com for access, correction, deletion and retention questions, including records held in backups. Do not send passwords, provider keys, card details or private fixtures in a support request.
